Director, Ravina Lata ( Rav) of Rialto Properties based at Fantasy Island , Nadi has 5 years of real estate experience and has represented clients both locally and internationally. Ravina has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.
She completed her Diploma in Business Studies at Fiji Institute of Technology. She completed her Fellow with ANZIIF (Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance) and afterward began work in Insurance and Finance Industry in Fiji and in New Zealand. Passionate about financial sector and housing market she decided to pursue her career in Real Estate World. Ravina has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations and giving a sound advise about real estate, banking and insurance.
Active in the community, Ravina is a proud part of PASH which is located at Legalega, Nadi. She is very passionate about the welfare of the animals and is a very proud owner of 2 pets which relocated with her from New Zealand. She understands how difficult it is to leave your fur babies behind and also what it takes to bring them over here. She has helped many expatriate clients in bringing their 4-legged friends over to Fiji. She has also helped them in finding a suitable property that will allow their pets to live together with them.
In her free time, Ravina loves spending time at the beach reading or walking her Golden Retriever named Blessingh. She is an avid traveler and if she is not in Fiji then
she is usually away trotting the globe. She likes to spend her time with her family and friends.
